Process

 

 

We meet and listen to your needs and concerns, and visit the site if it is available.  Within a few days, we deliver options for site plans and floor plans.  This process continues until we find the perfect solution for your business and location.  We then develop 3D renderings for you to review.  There are no surprises.  We give you firm pricing.  This is all complimentary and there are no obligations.

 

If you decide to move forward, we go to Contract, and take care of the following aspects:

  • construction documents

  • engineering

  • independant soil and concrete tests

  • ADA review

  • driveway permit and traffic control analysis (if needed)

  • energy code compliance

  • asbestos test (if needed on remodels)

  • site drainage plan / water flow analysis

  • bank equipment coordination

 

We submit to the City for Building Permits, and address any comments that the City might have.

 

We then start to obtain bids.  Your commercial contractors are encouraged to participate.  Colors, materials, and specific design elements are selected from a wide array of samples, photos and renderings with as little or as much input as you wish.

 

Construction begins as soon as the permits are issued.  We stay in contact with frequent progress reports and photos.  Inspections as required.  We provide a project close-out folder with a subcontractors contact list, warranties, manuals, and other pertinent documents.  Upon issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, you can move in and open for business!
